We aim to provide a quality service for the individuals who access our provision, in a safe, healthy, relaxed and encouraging environment. We aim to underpin all of our knowledge and practice on the theory of John O Brien’s 5 Service accomplishments (1992) and the Wheel of Wellbeing.

Wheel of Wellbeing
We will use these to continually review our practice, to continually train and develop our staff team, review and implement all relevant legislation and liaise with all relevant multi-disciplinary professionals, parents, advocates and friends.

Residential Management Team
It’s comforting to know that you’re never alone when you need assistance. The dedicated staff at Barnett Care Homes are on call 24/7 in order to serve all of our residents’ needs. Whether it’s an unusual medication schedule or there’s a health emergency in the middle of the night, our staff is trained to handle anything and everything.
Clare Spry
Registered Manager
Clare has worked in Health and Social Care for 16 years. Her passion in life is supporting individuals to live as independently as possible, as safely as possible. In her free time, Clare enjoys spending time with her family and animals.
William Barnett
Director
William has personal experience of Prader-Willi Syndrome and together with his family, wanted to make a difference to other peoples lives. William has a background in Architecture and in his free time enjoys relaxing at home and sampling good food.
Statement of Purpose
Barnett Care Homes Ltd is a specialist provider of Residential Care and support for individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome and associated needs. We are a 5 bed home in the small town of Stowmarket, Suffolk, providing high-quality, personalised care. We aim to provide a holistic approach, encompassing everything it means to be independent, whilst providing a safe home for individuals to be themselves. Our approach follows national and PWSA guidelines for supporting individuals with PWS, including the safe provision of nutrition and hydration, so you know you or your loved one will always be supported.
